Delivery policy

Shelf.me products are not shipped by parcel carrier. Every product is custom built and delivered by Shelf.me.

Current service area

We currently deliver only to selected Seattle neighborhoods near our Ballard shop, including Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford, Green Lake, Phinney Ridge, Queen Anne, and Magnolia.

Delivery availability depends on the exact address and product. We confirm delivery eligibility before checkout or during order coordination.

Timing

Most orders are scheduled for local delivery after fabrication is complete, often as soon as the next day when the design and delivery address are eligible.

Delivery cost

Delivery is included for eligible Shelf.me orders in the current local service area unless a different delivery arrangement is confirmed before purchase.

Outside the service area

If an address is outside the current delivery area, we may decline the order or help plan a custom arrangement before checkout. We do not sell products for parcel shipment.
