Return policy

Shelf.me products are custom goods made for a specific customer, address, and design. Because each order is made to order, general returns are not accepted.

Accepted return or remake cases

We accept returns, remakes, repairs, or appropriate corrections when the problem is caused by Shelf.me. This includes manufacturing defects and sizing errors made by Shelf.me or its vendors.

Not accepted

We do not accept returns due to customer measurement or sizing errors, change of mind, general dissatisfaction, or a design choice that was approved before fabrication.

How to report a problem

Contact Shelf.me with the order information, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review whether the product has a manufacturing defect or a Shelf.me/vendor sizing error, then coordinate the right correction.
